Federico has 30 years of experience in management, engineering, and corporate development. He has held executive roles in both public and private technology companies, served on multiple boards, and closed cross-border M&A transactions with a total enterprise value above €300M. He was previously Group CEO of Accent, a venture-backed semiconductor provider, and served as VP Worldwide Sales & Marketing at VeriSilicon, where he led acquisitions and global customer expansion. Earlier, he was VP Sales & Marketing at CEVA, developing the European business, and held management roles at Texas Instruments as well as engineering positions at Italtel and AgustaWestland. Federico holds an MSc in Electronics Engineering from La Sapienza University in Rome.
